Hello everyone!
I hope you had as good a Christmas as we had! The kids were very spoiled I can tell you!
I love looking at my kids on Christmas day and seeing their smiles. That means everything!

On Christmas Eve, we baked some cookies with the kids! They loved it! I had a lot of fun doing it with them! So we prepared a plate with two cookies and a glass of milk and some carrots! Mateo made sure we had one carrot for each deer 😉
We went for dinner in the restaurant! it is kind of our tradition with Andrew as we are doing that for the last 6 years! it was fun but tiring as the kids were super high! I don’t know if it was the techno music that made them crash but they were dancing, jumping and even though it was fun to watch, it wasn’t relaxing at all 🙂

They went to bed at almost the same time as usual around 7:30pm!

Mateo woke up at 5:30am to go to the washroom but when he came back he saw that Santa came! Oh oh he was excited as he woke me up! “Maman he came, he came! He brought me the same stickers book I had on the plane when we went to France!”
When I saw the time I told him that he should try to go back to sleep a little bit but he was so excited that of course he couldn’t go back to sleep!
He was moving so much that he woke the girls up too 😉
The face of the three kids were so illuminated by seeing all the gifts under the tree! I love this moment! It’s magical. It warmed my heart seeing this!

We started to open the presents but noticed that Mateo’s Lego were not under the tree! Lol! Andrew went to his office and found them unwrapped!!!
There was a little stress over this! Lol!!
So Andrew proposed we take a break and have breakfast and call my family in France and open the rest of the presents after!
When Andrew was preparing the breakfast I quickly wrapped his three boxes of Lego and put them under the tree!
After we unwrapped everything I thought there was something missing but didn’t look further as we had a lot already!

Later on we went to Andrews brother to have a fantastic dinner. The kids had a lot of fun and Mateo stayed for the first time at their house for a sleepover! I was very proud of him as he always said no before! His cousin found a good trick to convince him to stay! Lol! He said to Mateo that if he stayed he will have a big chance to play with the Lego video game and if he goes with us he will have to go to bed! Lol! Good trick that worked!!!
On the 26th, the tradition is to have a brunch at Andrews parents and open the presents from the family over there! We had a very good time!

Monday night we found a box full of wrapped presents! Lol we forgot a big box! So we decided that Santa will come back on in January first as Andrew was working all week!! But we didn’t say anything to them!
On the first we had breakfast and Andrew said that he got an email from Santa saying that he found some presents in his bag and he will drop them to our house! Lol!!

At the end of breakfast l said we should put the lights from the tree and made a happy face ?
Mateo ran and yelled Santa came back!! So we had another Christmas on New Years! Lol!!
I’m wondering if it happened to some of you ;))
Merry Chrismas again!!
